Our story isn’t a long or complicated one – it all started with an idea in June 2020. Having grown up with pets all my life, I knew first-hand the time, commitment and care it took to look after animals. I’ve had; cats, dogs, birds, fish, reptiles, hamster, chickens and even cattle.
Originally starting in retail in my early working years (not that old), I knew I had a passion for helping people, always striving for absolute customer satisfaction. One thing that I noticed over the years of raising and caring for animals was the lack of connection between pet food stores and the customers. As my knowledge and education grew, I was more confident that I could help make an impact in the pet food industry.
My goal with Pet Food Leaders is to build a connection with all my customers and their animals and help provide the care and attention needed through good service and quality products.
