All fresh order deliveries will be delivered same day (daily).

If you have a preferred date of delivery, please leave a note for us. Only home addresses accepted. Work address are only accepted when prior arranged is made with us.

Please leave delivery instructions for orders placed for gated addresses and business premises, if this is not met we will not honour our free same day delivery.

Once your order is placed and if no delivery instructions are noted in the order you accept the terms that if know one is home at time of delivery we will place your order in a safe location out of viewing.

For Free Same Delivery All school and business addressed deliveries will be delivered Monday if placed after 2pm the Friday before.

Select Local delivery at checkout and if you live in the areas of Brisbane, Ipswich City, and Gold Coast we will apply the FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY*. Free Local Delivery Not Applicable for PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for all locations covered by local delivery.

*Same-day FREE delivery* Free Same Day only applicable Logan, Brisbane, Gold Coast & Ipswich orders made before 2:30pm Monday to Thursday and before 2pm on Public Holidays and Friday. Expect delivery no later than 9pm. If made after the cut-off times, delivery will be made before 9pm the following day. 

For other areas listed (Toowoomba, Wivenhoe, Warner - Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Tweed delivered within 72hrs). Please allow an extra 48hrs for orders placed on weekend.

There may be instances where you have an option to choose our free same day delivery/day turnaround but we are unable to deliver as some area postcodes cover a wider distance than what we can service or control. In cases such as this we will email you and process a refund immediately.

We are looking to expand our free shipping services. 

How long does shipping take? We're very proud of how quickly we can pack and dispatch your order here at Pet Food Leaders. We ship all orders from two warehouses, one in Brisbane and the other on the Gold Coast, so you can expect your order confirmation no later than 48hrs after payment. Outside of these local areas, we will use a courier company to deliver your order. Items sent by a third party courier company can take 3-10 business days, depending on location. We use AusPost where possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays? Courier Services do not operate during these days. If an order has been placed for same day delivery we will honour this no matter what day of the year. It's best for you to plan delivery ahead of time - especially during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.  

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery? No, If you're ordering your pet food online, chances are you're a busy person looking for convenient delivery...which is exactly what we offer. Our drivers have authority to leave your order on your property without a signature on delivery so that your order is waiting for you the moment you get home. 

If you have problems with your delivery please contact us and we'll always work with you to address any issues. 

Do you deliver outside of Australia? We do NOT currently ship outside of Australia, only to certain areas.  

COVID-19 handling: For the safety of you and our drivers we have introduced contact-free delivery. Drivers will drop off your order on your doorstep, lobby or another area designated by you to avoid any unnecessary contact.
